A Special New Year's Eve Yoga - Qi Gong Class

Setareh & Salvador will guide a special Yoga Integration practice blending Qi Gong & Meditation with Yin Yoga, a series of seated postures designed to open the meridians and improve flexibility in the body, and Yang Yoga, an active practice that increases strength and endurance. 

The unique blend of practices will guide you toward calm, focus and clarity with which to set your intentions and enliven your dreams for the new year.
