Non-Insurance Discounted Rates as of December 1, 2024 (payment at time of service)
Initial consultation & treatment (80-90 minutes): $300
(18 years old and under: $270)
Follow up treatment (50-60 minutes): $155
(18 years old and under: $135)

Appointment Cancellation Policy
